An exciting and varied holiday programme with fairytale and llama walks, junior reporters, cycling rallies and the “Gaudi Olympiade” (literally “Fun Olympics”), with the Lord of the Rings or building castles and various other games: those are the holiday adventures we have prepared for our younger guests.

Throughout the whole year we offer an entertaining and informative expedition through Chiemgau for all ages. With large playing cards, which have motifs, questions and tasks on them, our guests explore their holiday region in search of answers: contacting the locals is most definitely welcome too! Naturally, there are large and small prizes to be won by young and old and, of course, the cards may be taken home as souvenirs.

From April to November, in association with the Chiemsee Shipping Company and the "Chiemsee Pirates“, a big treasure hunt takes place. The Chiemsee pirate team invites all children aged between 5 and 13 to a pirate voyage on the Bavarian sea. A thrilling adventure awaits them with a big, exciting treasure hunt on the treasure island of the pirate captain "Fischunkel“. Details at www.chiemseepiraten.de.

From May until October join Dagmara and Siegfried for a charming walk along the pristine shores of the Herreninsel (Men`s Island), while they present fairytales and stories in an artistic manner about the `Fairytale King`, Ludwig II. 
King Ludwig built his last castle on the Herreninsel and this walk through natural forests to the Castle is a special experience for the entire family.

New and open to all: a skater park in the centre of Gstadt at the “Bauhof” and our new beach volleyball court in Hofanger Park, directly by the lake.

Gstadt and Gollenshausen have two exciting new attractions: a water trampoline and a big climbing wall with a slide have been added to the swimming areas.

Football lovers don’t miss out either: Two large football fields are waiting in Gstadt and Gollenshausen for exciting games.
